Pinot Gris In an effort to preserve the incredible freshness of our Pinot Gris grapes, fermentation and aging was done in stainless steel tanks. We encouraged malo-lactic fermentation for added complexity. The result is a green-gold colored Pinot Gris offering generous honeydew melon, pear & floral aromatics accented by hints of vanilla.
